CULVERDEN DOWN
ROYAL TUNBRIDGE WELLS
A garden on the woodland edge of a former sandstone quarry, shaped by acidic soils and the layered history of the site. Materials were chosen with quiet sensitivity to place, beside Culverden Castle — once home to a co-founder of the RSPB.
